Hey, I’m Mariah, your transformation coach, and I’m not here to rub salt in the wound.

I’m not going to sit here bullying you into becoming the best version of yourself and calling it tough love.

I’m not going to get you to tap into your pain, beat yourself up and call it motivation.

I’m not here to twist the knife in.

I’m here to tell you there is another way.

When I told my recent client she was going to lose 30 lbs, get over her divorce and make her ex-husband regret cheating on her, she didn't believe me. It never occurred to her that her blood pressure medication, cholesterol medication, and knee problems might all be fixable. She later confessed she thought I was crazy.

She was wrong.

She went on to lose 30 lbs, …….

I transform bodies.

I will transform your body beyond belief.

And I say beyond belief because I know you don’t really believe it’s possible.

But it is possible. Even for you.

You see, once upon a time, I was exactly where you are now. I was 225 lbs, wearing a size 20/22. I was told I had a slow thyroid, bad knees that needed a surgery, and I should try Prozac for my depression.

I tried losing weight, but it always backfired. On Weight Watchers I actually gained weight. The Atkins diet helped me lose weight but that wasn’t the happily ever after. I put it all back on and then some. I tried fasting, and before I knew it I had a full-blown eating disorder.

Yuck.

So how did I change all of this?

I didn’t give up.

I kept researching.

I asked questions. I tried out different methods. I sifted through the dirt to pull out the golden pieces that seemed to work.

I pieced together th idea I had found with the psychological aspects of transformation and together created a logical syste that worked.

A new woman was born.

I lost 75 LBS in 6 months.

That was 14 years ago and  I’ve kept it off for over a decade.
